The Recommended Brand award has arrived at our “second home”
For the third consecutive year, Berent has been recognised as a Recommended Brand by Portuguese consumers, reinforcing trust in the company’s quality and excellence in the vehicle rental sector. This 2025 distinction has now reached our “second home” – Berent – Rent-a-Car – and represents direct recognition from those who choose us every day.
Being named a Recommended Brand is an accolade based on real customer experiences, including situations involving complaints – which, even then, did not prevent clients from continuing to recommend Berent. As Miguel Van Der Veen, representative of Portal da Queixa, points out:
“We’re talking about customers who experienced the brand even after a less positive situation, such as a complaint, and still chose to recommend it. That says a lot about the trust and reputation of the brand.”
For Diogo Almeida, Director of Berent, this distinction reflects the company’s ongoing focus on active listening and adapting to the real needs of those who choose the brand.
“Receiving this award is proof that we maintain an open channel of communication with our clients. We listen to what they tell us and adapt our processes to what they truly need,” he stated.
