Benecar earns "Marca Recomendada" for the 4th consecutive year

Benecar – Cidade do Automóvel has once again been recognised as a Recommended Brand in the category of Used Car Dealership – Large Retail, for the fourth consecutive year. The award is granted by Consumers Trust via Portal da Queixa and is based solely on customer satisfaction ratings.

During the award ceremony, which took place at Praça Fernando Mendes, at Benecar, Sónia Lage Lourenço, CEO and co-founder of Portal da Queixa, highlighted: “This is the fifth [fourth] consecutive year that we are here at Benecar. This holds great significance; it means that you’ve managed to maintain this consistency and close relationship with your clients.”

Throughout the conversation with Nuno Veríssimo, General Manager of Benecar, it became clear that this distinction is the result of structured work and a commitment to customers: “This is what we work for every day — to create loyalty, to win people over, to create value. The customer is, without any doubt, our main asset. They are the reason we exist.”

Benecar carries out a series of strategic actions daily to attract, retain, and be recommended by its clients. “We deeply value this recognition because the customer is, indeed, our greatest ambassador. We want them to see the Benecar Group as a solid, strong, and honest company that stands by them and wants to be part of their life.”

The consistency in performance and the team’s dedication were also mentioned by Nuno Veríssimo as key elements for success: “We have a skilled, motivated, trained team that comes to work focused on generating value. That’s a huge asset.” He adds: “This award, for the fifth [fourth] consecutive year, is a remarkable national achievement. It honours and makes us proud.”

Towards the end of the interview, eyes were set on the future. Sónia Lage Lourenço remarked: “Five years isn’t about luck.” To which Nuno replied: “No. There is a lot of consistency here, a lot of strategy, a lot of value, and the results come naturally. Winning this award is the consequence of all that.” He reaffirmed the commitment: “We’ll aim for the sixth, the seventh… we’re in!”

To conclude, the message was clear: “This brand also belongs to them. The Benecar brand isn’t just ours, it’s theirs too.” A forward-looking vision, focused on the customer and guided by principles of honesty, respect, and excellence.
