Marsien GT debuts radical Porsche 911 with 830 hp and 330 km/h

The Porsche 911 is already, in itself, a benchmark among sports cars. But the new Marsien GT takes the formula to a very different level. Created by Marc Philipp Gemballa from the 992-generation Porsche 911, this Gran Turismo delivers more than 830 hp, reaches 330 km/h, and will be limited to just 30 units.

The new model is born as an evolution of the original Marsien, but completely changes its philosophy. While the first version was also designed to tackle off-road terrain, the Marsien GT was developed exclusively for asphalt, combining supercar performance with a Gran Turismo approach.


More than 830 hp from a Porsche 911

Each Marsien GT begins life as a Porsche 911 Turbo or Turbo S, but little remains unchanged after Marc Philipp Gemballa’s intervention. According to the information released, each car receives around 1,500 specific components.

One of the central elements of the project is the twin-turbo flat-six engine, combined with an all-wheel-drive system. Development was carried out together with Ruf Automobile and includes changes to the variable-geometry turbochargers, new ECU mapping, and a specific transmission calibration.

The result is more than 830 hp and 930 Nm of torque. Figures sufficient to allow the Marsien GT to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 330 km/h. Marc Philipp Gemballa is also developing a second configuration that is expected to exceed 900 hp.

The exhaust system has also been revised, using four titanium Akrapovič tailpipes, developed to alter not only the appearance of the rear but also the sound of the car.


Carbon fibre and active aerodynamics

The transformation did not stop at the engine. The body of the Marsien GT is completely new and built from carbon fibre, using more than 100 individual parts.

These include body panels, air intakes, wing mirrors, wheel-arch liners, and a rear section that extends from the A-pillar to the wing. The extensive use of carbon fibre makes it possible to reduce weight by approximately 75 kg compared with a standard Porsche 992 Turbo S.

Aerodynamics also play an important role. The Marsien GT receives larger front air intakes, a roof-mounted air intake, new side intakes, and an underbody also built from carbon fibre.

The front wings feature active vents that help release high-pressure air accumulated in the wheel arches. At the rear, a raised and angled active wing helps increase downforce and can also function as an aerodynamic brake.

To match all this performance, the suspension was developed in partnership with KW Automotive. At the front, the Marsien GT uses a double-wishbone setup, while the rear features a multi-link architecture. The electronically controlled dampers use KW DDC V5 technology and can independently adjust compression and rebound in around 0.02 seconds.

Ground clearance is 9.9 cm, although a front-axle lift system can raise the front by around 6.1 cm, making it easier to negotiate steeper ramps or speed bumps. The forged wheels measure 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear and are fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres.


An interior inspired by the Carrera GT

Inside, the connection to the Porsche universe remains very present. The Marsien GT receives a raised centre console, accompanied by an aluminium gear lever inspired by the Porsche Carrera GT.

The cabin is trimmed in Alcantara and can feature various carbon-fibre elements. An optional Clubsport-style roll bar is also available, while each example receives a numbered plaque on the centre console.

The presentation car uses a combination of dark grey Alcantara, carbon-fibre bucket seats, and various champagne-coloured details. The Anniversary Liquid Champagne Gold exterior paint is applied in four layers and was created to mark the 70th anniversary of Uwe Gemballa.

The Marsien GT is scheduled to make its debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on August 13, 2026, while the first customer deliveries are expected to take place at the end of 2027.

Its exclusivity is also reflected in the price. Production will be limited to 30 examples, with each Marsien GT starting at €770,000 before taxes, fees, and transport. The Porsche 911 that serves as the basis for the conversion must also be added to that amount.

With more than 830 hp, a top speed of 330 km/h, a body developed entirely from carbon fibre, and extremely limited production, the Marsien GT presents itself as one of the most exclusive and radical interpretations of the 992-generation Porsche 911.
