New Peugeot E-208 achieves 433 kilometres of autonomy and leads the segment

The new electric Peugeot E-208 arrives with important new features and reinforces its position as the leader among B-segment compact electric cars. After topping sales in France and Europe in 2024, the E-208 now boasts an electric range of up to 433 kilometres, making it the model with the longest range in its segment.

This evolution in the Peugeot E-208 includes technological improvements that make life easier for those who drive it. These include the Trip Planner, a feature that helps to plan routes intelligently, taking into account the distance, battery level, destination and even the relief of the route. All to maximise travel efficiency and simplify charging.

Another important new feature is the introduction of V2L (Vehicle to Load) functionality. With this pre-installation, it is possible to use the car battery to power small electrical devices, such as bicycles or portable lighting, with up to 3.5 kW of power via a specific adapter.

The new electric Peugeot E-208 also improves safety. It now comes equipped with a new multifunction camera that increases the detection area of the automatic emergency braking system, improving the protection of pedestrians and cyclists. Visually, the new Okenite White body colour stands out, replacing the old Ice White.

In addition to the electric version, the range also includes updated hybrid options: the HYBRID 100 and HYBRID 136 are renamed HYBRID 110 and HYBRID 145, reflecting the combined power of the petrol engine and electric motor.

The Peugeot 208 retains the attributes that have made it such a success: a sporty design with the brand's new lighting signature, the intuitive Peugeot i-Cockpit and a range of engines adapted to all needs, including petrol, hybrid and 100% electric versions.
