Berent Parking brings 72 covered spaces to Parque das Nações

Benecar – Cidade do Automóvel is preparing something new for Lisbon. The former premises of Berent – Rent a Car, in Parque das Nações, are set to take on a new purpose with the arrival of Berent Parking, a Grupo Benecar brand dedicated to monthly parking space rentals.

Scheduled to open during November 2026, the new car park will offer 72 covered parking spaces, 10 of which will be equipped with wallbox charging stations for electric vehicles.

The service has been designed primarily for businesses and professionals looking for a dedicated parking space in one of Lisbon's main business districts, although it will also be available to private customers.

Parking in Parque das Nações, near Gare do Oriente

Located at Passeio Báltico, 39B, in Parque das Nações, the new facility is situated in an area with a high concentration of offices, shops, services and public transport connections.

Location is one of Berent Parking's main advantages. Gare do Oriente is approximately a 4-minute walk away, while Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre and Casino Lisboa are around 5 minutes away on foot. MEO Arena is also within easy reach, approximately an 8-minute walk from the car park.

For businesses based in Parque das Nações, professionals working in the area or anyone who needs regular parking, the new facility offers an alternative to on-street parking.

The 72 parking spaces are spread across three floors, with each space individually allocated to a customer. Pedestrian access is provided through facial recognition technology, while vehicle entry and exit are managed via an app.

How much does it cost to rent a parking space at Berent Parking?

Berent Parking offers monthly parking rentals, with a minimum contract period of three months.

Prices vary depending on the floor and the features of each parking space:

• Floor 2: 32 spaces, from €150 per month + VAT.

• Floor 1: 30 spaces, from €175 per month + VAT.

• Floor 0: 10 spaces with wallbox charging stations, from €225 per month + VAT.

Spaces equipped with wallbox charging stations allow customers to charge their electric vehicles directly at the car park. In these cases, electricity consumption is billed separately at €0.30 + VAT per kWh, together with the monthly parking fee.

This option may be particularly attractive to businesses operating electric vehicles or professionals who want to combine their daily parking needs with convenient EV charging.

Pre-bookings are now available through the website

Although the car park is expected to open on 1 November, Berent Parking is already accepting pre-booking enquiries for its parking spaces.
