Women's Day celebrated in an unforgettable way

Unity, joy and unique moments marked this special Team Building.

International Women's Day was celebrated in a special way by Benecar's female employees, in an event designed to reinforce team spirit, promote unity and provide unforgettable moments. The initiative included a relaxed picnic and a trip to the Tony Carreira concert at the MEO Arena, creating a memorable experience for all those present.

The celebration of Women's Day for Benecar's female employees began at 12 noon with a picnic at Cidade do Automóvel, where each employee brought something to share. Between homemade dishes and traditional delicacies, the meal became a moment of relaxation and closeness, allowing everyone to interact beyond the work environment.

As a way of marking the spirit of this Team Building, each employee received a personalised T-shirt with the motto ‘Women at the Wheel, Constant Charm’, reinforcing female pride and strength within the company. It was also at this point that the tickets for the concert were distributed, further fuelling enthusiasm for the evening ahead.

At around 2pm, the group gathered in Benecar's reception area for a group photo with everyone present, recording the team spirit and excitement that was already being felt. Shortly afterwards, they organised themselves into three vans and a car, ready for the journey to the MEO Arena in Lisbon.

The journey was full of good humour, music and sharing stories. Between singing and laughter, the journey to Lisbon became a moment of bonding and, above all, fun and relaxation for everyone.

Shortly after 4pm, the collaborators entered the MEO Arena and realised ‘right away’ that the seats allocated to them were privileged ones, in the Golden Circle area, very close to the stage and to Tony Carreira himself. The wait was marked by lively interviews carried out by Benecar's Marketing team, especially the on-duty interviewers, who were the employees themselves, who animatedly recorded their expectations and the joy that Team Building was bringing.

When the lights went down and the show began, the group was all smiles. For more than two hours, the Benecar employees sang, vibrated and enjoyed every moment of the concert. Being so close to the stage provided a unique and immersive experience, making this a truly unforgettable afternoon/evening.

A Women's Day to remember

The return home was once again marked by joy and the sharing of good times. This Benecar initiative reinforced not only the team spirit, but also the appreciation of its female employees, recognising the essential role they play in the company.

This celebration of Women's Day showed that, more than a team, Benecar is a real family. And there's nothing better than moments like these to strengthen bonds and create stories.
