The results of the evaluation, carried out by Portal da Queixa and Consumers Trust, are out and we are a Recommended Brand once again.

Repeating last year's feat, Benecar - Cidade do Automóvel is once again considered a Recommended Brand by Portuguese consumers, in the Used Car Dealership category.

With an average satisfaction rating of 94.7% in 2022, Benecar has secured the top spot in the ranking and, with this, we are a Recommended Brand 2023.

This distinction joins two others won this year, the Five Star Award - Multi-brand Stands and Consumer Choice.

But Benecar wasn't the Group's only winner. BeRent, the group's rent-a-car, was distinguished for the first time as a Recommended Brand, in the Car Rental category, with a Satisfaction Index of 83.8%.

We are very happy with these distinctions and, above all, proud and grateful to our customers and friends for the trust they place in us when buying and renting a car.
