There is a new space at Benecar where you can take a nap during your visit

Benecar is once again innovating in the way it welcomes those who visit Cidade do Automóvel, with the launch of the Benecar Recharge Lounge, a new space designed to provide rest, comfort, and privacy to customers who travel long distances or simply feel the need to take a refreshing break during their visit.

Located in a reserved area of Benecar, the new Recharge Lounge was designed to function as a true well-being refuge in the heart of Cidade do Automóvel. Fully air-conditioned and with reinforced acoustic insulation, this space offers several campervans prepared for short rest periods, allowing visitors to enjoy a peaceful break, away from the usual pace of the day.

The service was designed especially for customers arriving from more distant parts of the country, or who spend several hours at Benecar choosing the car of their dreams, in business meetings, vehicle evaluations, or process follow-up. According to the general director of Benecar – Cidade do Automóvel, Dr. Nuno Veríssimo, the creation of this new space comes from the desire to make the visiting experience even more comfortable, complete, and distinctive.

Access to the Benecar Recharge Lounge is by prior booking, with the collection of the key to the assigned unit available at the Benecar Reception. At the time of collection, each customer also receives a welcome coffee at Paddock Caffé, as a way of making the experience even more welcoming from the very first moment.

After passing through the main reception, the route to the Recharge Lounge takes visitors through some of the most iconic areas of Cidade do Automóvel. The space is located after the Benecar Museum, in Ayrton Senna Square, just after the descent along Michael Schumacher Street, and is set within the “Green Space,” in an area specially designed to provide a peaceful and private experience. Along the way, visitors can also find our mural with the history of automotive brands, reinforcing Benecar’s thematic and distinctive atmosphere.

Each unit has been equipped to offer maximum comfort and privacy, with ideal conditions for a “power nap,” reading, or simply a moment to recover energy before resuming the visit. The aim is to provide a practical and comfortable solution for those who value a more complete experience, especially on busier days or during longer visits.

To ensure turnover and good management of the space, use of the Recharge Lounge is subject to a specific regulation. The maximum stay allowed is 3 hours, and failure to comply with the key return time, as well as its loss, may give rise to a contractual penalty of between €300 and €500, depending on the situation recorded.

With this new feature, Benecar reinforces its positioning as a distinctive space in the automotive sector, continuing to invest in solutions that elevate the experience of everyone who passes through Cidade do Automóvel. More than visiting a dealership, the proposal is to live an experience designed down to the smallest detail, now also with the right to rest.
