In an investment of around 16 million euros, Circuito do Sol has transformed the old Serpa karting track into a kind of car resort. A 3.5 km circuit with a total of 23 corners, inspired by iconic locations such as Laguna Seca's Corkscrew, Spa's Eau Rouge and Le Mans' Porsche Curves.

The Sun Circuit was built to be safe, but also challenging, exciting and technical. It aims to host car and motorcycle races, as well as electric vehicles.

An investment by SPV Racing that will bring a new dynamic to the Alentejo and which is expected to host major races, with FIA approval expected soon after the inauguration, scheduled for July. Portugal will have a new racetrack and, as of September, car races can already be scheduled at the Circuito do Sol in Serpa.
