Filante - the Renault prototype with history

Renault has unveiled the Renault Filante Record 2025, the prototype of an electric car that promises to break records and also has a lot of history.

Created on the basis of boldness and innovation, the Filante presents a vision of the future for electric mobility. With the presentation of this prototype, Renault also wants to recall the history and heritage of the brand, which has always sought records to validate its innovations.

Inspired by the iconic 40 CV des Records (1925-1926), Nervasport des Records (1934) and Etoile Filante (1956), the Renault Filante Record 2025 will be designed to maximise energy efficiency and set a new consumption and range record with an 87 kWh battery, the same capacity as the electric Scenic E-Tech. It is a single-seater with an aerodynamic body with exceptional dimensions: 5.12 metres long, 1.19 metres high and just 1,000 kg.

The Renault Filante Record 2025 resembles the world of aviation and space travel, with an interior that looks like a real cockpit.

The Filante, a Renault prototype with history, will be unveiled at the Rétromobile motor show in Paris from 5 to 9 February 2025.
