Who is V2C?

V2C Trydan single-phase, 230 V, with a maximum charging power of 7.4 kW;
V2C Trydan three-phase, 400 V, with a maximum charging power of 22 kW.
In both configurations, the current can be adjusted between 6 and 32 amps per phase. The power actually used will always depend on the electrical installation, the vehicle’s onboard charger and the selected configuration.
One of its main features is dynamic power control. This technology allows the charger to automatically adjust the energy supplied to the vehicle according to the electricity being consumed in the home.
In practice, when other household appliances are consuming more energy, the charger can temporarily reduce the power used by the vehicle. When household consumption decreases, it can increase the charging speed again. This makes it possible to use the available power more effectively and reduce the risk of exceeding the contracted power limit.
The Trydan also includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and can be controlled through the free V2C Cloud platform. Among other functions, the application allows users to:

View consumption data and statistics;
Lock or unlock the equipment;
Monitor charging in real time.

The power actually used will always depend on the characteristics of the electrical installation, the available power and the charging capacity supported by the vehicle.
In addition to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, the Trydan Pro can communicate through Ethernet and 4G, including a SIM card for mobile connectivity. This flexibility allows the charger to remain connected even in locations where Wi-Fi coverage is insufficient or where a wired connection is preferable.
The equipment also includes RFID and NFC readers, making it easier to identify and authorise different users. This feature can be particularly useful in:

Through V2C Cloud, it is possible to manage multiple users, assign RFID cards, restrict access and view detailed information about the charging sessions carried out.
